I refer to the royalties paid to the state government by mining and petroleum companies. (1) What was the total amount of mining and petroleum royalties paid to the state government in 2005? (2) For each of the following regions, what was the total amount of mining and petroleum royalties paid to the state government in 2005: north west; goldfields-Esperance; south west; and mid-west? (3) What was the total amount of mining and petroleum royalties paid to the commonwealth government, including offshore royalties from Western Australian mining and petroleum production, in 2005?
