action has the Minister, his staff or staff in his
department taken against the eight local governments identified in the audit as
having procurement control weaknesses, and: (a) when
was the action taken; (b) who
took the action; (c) please break down the actions taken against each of the eight local governments; and (d) did
any of the local governments respond to the actions: (i) if
yes, which councils; and (ii) what
were the responses and when were they lodged with the department?
