1298. Hon TJORN SIBMA to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Interests:
I refer to the community grants
program administered by the Office of Multicultural Interests.
(1) W ho were the members of the community assessment
panel appointed by the minister for CGP assessment in the following
years —
(a) March 2021 to
February 2022;
(b) March 2022 to
February 2023;
(c) March 2023 to
February 2024; and
(d) March 2024 to
February 2025?
(2) How often do
independent funding recommendations provided by the community assessment panel
get endorsed by the minister?
(3) Since March
2021, how many times did the minister approve grant funding that was higher
than the amount recommended by the assessment panel?
