I refer to the movement of heavy agricultural machinery on local and state roads, and I ask: (a) Can the Minister list the accidents that have occurred as a direct result of heavy agricultural equipment being transported on local and state roads for each of the last 10 years: (i) Can the Minister list the nature of these accidents, including deaths for each of the last 10 years, with a breakdown between local and state roads; (b) Can the Minister list the fines that have been issued to those transporting heavy agricultural equipment on local and state roads for each of the last 10 years: (i) Can the Minister include the reason the fines were issued; (c) Have any fines been issued for breach of imposed holiday curfews (Christmas and Easter) over the last 10 years; (d) What has been the nature and mode of communication to the agricultural community in and around the rules of holiday curfews (Christmas and Easter) to ensure a clear understanding of the rules; (e) Can the Minister outline the annual costs of licensing for an agricultural pilot; and (f) Who regulates the training of agricultural pilots?
