The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises:
(a) The compensation scheme is set out in the Firefighters and Emergency Volunteers Legislation Amendment (Compensation) Bill 2016 which was introduced by the Minister on 11 May 2016;
(b)(i)-(b)(ii) These matters will be addressed during Parliament.
