refer to the Auditor General’s audit of the Disruptive Behaviour Management Policy,
and to recommendation 2(a), that the Department ‘update relevant strategies,
policies and procedures, with particular attention on earlier intervention and
better support for tenants with complex needs’, and I ask: (a) has
this recommendation been implemented; (b) if
yes to (a), please table any strategies, policies and procedures that have been
updated; and (c) if
no to (a), why not?

(a)         Communities is committed to implementing a suite of changes to the Disruptive Behaviour Management process by 30 June 2020. While not all planned changes to address this recommendation have been fully implemented, significant progress has been made and actions have been completed which address the recommendations outlined in the Auditor General’s report.
