The provisions of the
Teachers Public Sector Primary and Secondary Education Award 1993
and any General Agreement in force at the time have the same applicability to teaching staff and entitlement to permanency, irrespective of whether or not they are located in an Independent Public School and irrespective of the School Select policy.
