1509. Hon NEIL THOMSON to the minister representing the
Minister for Housing:
I refer to reports circulating in
the Kalgoorlie region that senior staff from the Department of Communities have
or will be moved from Kalgoorlie to Geraldton.
(1) Have any
senior staff members been relocated to Geraldton in the last 12 months or will
be before the end of the financial year?
(2) If yes to (1), how many?
(3) If yes to (1), what were the
reasons for these changes?
(4) What were the total number of
FTE staff allocated to Kalgoorlie for the following years —
(a) 2021–22;
(b) 2022–23;
(c) 2023–24; and
(d) 2024–25?

(a) 122.8 FTE;
(b) 108.11 FTE;
(c) 119.03 FTE; and
(d) 118.36 FTE as at 31 October 2024.
