(a-d) The Premier verbally advised Ministers that they were not to have any contact with Brian Burke. DPC and by extension the Premier expects that all Ministers and staff adhere to the Ministerial Code of Conduct and follow DPC and PSC guidelines on ethical and accountable decision making.
