(a) No. The WAFC is a going concern.
(b) My office and the Department meet regularly with the WAFC on a range of matters.
(c) Since March 2013, I have met with the WAFC on 29 June 2013 and 21 January 2014 and these were for general discussion.
The WAFC meets with Treasury and my department on an annual basis to present their audited financial statements and to brief Government on their previous year's financial performance.
