(1) Based on a one week count in November 2015 there is an average of 11,775 vehicles per day on Koombana Drive near the Dolphin Discovery Centre.
(2) Koombana Drive is a local road under the care and control of the City of Bunbury which is responsible for the planning of this route.
(3) Main Roads has provided advice to Bunbury City Council as to the geometric layout of the proposed roundabout entrance to the Department of Parks and Wildlife Office and Dolphin Discovery Centre and does not envisage any traffic management issues with this access.
