(a - c) The Office of Road Safety advise that concepts have been developed for a community education campaign for which a communications strategy has been written. Three key target areas have been identified - the general community, industry, and school children. Measures will include the number of materials distributed and any PR received. Community attitudes may also be measured through the road safety tracking monitor.
