I refer to the courts in the south west.
(1) On 30
September for each of 2013, 2014 and 2015, what was the average time to trial
at the Bunbury Court?
(2) On 30
September for each of 2013, 2014 and 2015, what was the average time to trial
at the Busselton Court?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question.
(1) As at the
end of September 2013, 2014 and 2015 in Bunbury, the listing interval—the
date that is allocated when a trial is requested—for a full-day trial
was, respectively, 14 weeks, 15 weeks and 17 weeks.
(2) As at the
end of September 2013, 2014 and 2015 in Busselton, the listing interval—the
date that is allocated when a trial is requested—for a full-day trial
was, respectively, 19 weeks, eight weeks and 12 weeks.
