PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE ACT 2003 — STATUTORY REVIEW
(1) Given that the review of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2003 was completed 12 months ago and the Premier has had the report based on the review for well over three months, why is the Premier reluctant to table it? (2) Did this review show that the government is failing to provide confidence to public servants that they will not suffer detriment if they report wrongdoing? (3) Does this report, along with the last two “Community Attitude Monitor” reports and the “Women’s Report Card”, contain damaging information to the government? (4) Can the Premier deny that these reports are being suppressed because they contain information that may be damaging to the government? Hon KIM CHANCE

I thank Hon Helen Morton for providing some notice of that question. Providing the information to what is a very broad question in the time required is not possible. I ask that the honourable member place the question on notice.
