(a) Yes (i) No issues have been raised in respect to the move. (b) The move is planned for the start of 2007. (c) The lease for the off-site facility is due to expire July 2006. The building is in need of repair. It is Department of Education and Training policy to accommodate kindergartens on-site where possible to take advantage of the educational benefits. The move is supported by the Canning District Education Office and the School. (d) The Department of Education and Training is happy to discuss and work through any issues that may arise to ensure a smooth on-site transition.
