(c) take reasonable steps to ensure their child avoids contact with particular people or places; or
(d) undertake other measures?
(5) How many juveniles, whose parents agreed to a Responsible Parenting Agreement have —
(a) improved their attendance at school; and
(b) re-offended since the Agreement was made?

(1) 64 Responsible Parenting Agreements have been entered into.
(2) Of the 64 agreements, 63 originated from referrals from:
a. Department for Child Protection - 26
b. Department of Corrective Services - 12
c. Department of Education - 12
d. Western Australia Police - 10
e. Department of Health - 1
f. Community sector agencies - 1
g. Community member - 1
One agreement originated from a referral from the child's parent or guardian.
(3) These data are not collected in the Department for Child Protection's client information system in a way that can be reported on an aggregated basis.
