254. Hon STEPHEN DAWSON to the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to the
Western Australian Planning Commission Beagle Bay layout plan number 1, with
specific reference to the dilapidated community building on lot 15, certificate
of title volume 2221, folio 75, which the Department of Aboriginal Affairs has
responsibility for.
(1) Why is this building not secured to prevent access?
(2) Is any of the building made of asbestos?
(3) Is the minister aware that this building
is adjacent to the local school and that children play daily in the debris?
(4) When will the minister action securing of this building?
(5) When will the minister action removal of this dangerous structure?

Department of Aboriginal Affairs.
