(1)&(2) Messrs Ray and Steve Kean have made numerous unfounded allegations that, in carrying out his official duties, Mr Stevens is corrupt, a liar, is not impartial and would, if the opportunity arose, use his influence to victimise and intimidate the Kean family. In this regard it is appropriate and proper to emphasise that as far as I am aware not one such allegation against Mr Stevens has ever been made by any other person.
