I refer the minister to BHP Billiton’s Yeelirrie project. (1) How many visits have been conducted by officers from the Department of Mines and Petroleum’s Resource Safety Division in the following years — (a) 2008; (b) 2009; (c) 2010; and (d) 2011? (2) Where were the officers based? (3) Were any of these inspections, or part of these inspections, specifically focused on radiation safety?
