I refer to the Treasurer’s answer to question without notice No. 60, and ask: (a) did the Treasurer seek advice from the former Under Treasurer prior to answering part (3) of the question; and (b) in accordance with the Government Financial Responsibility Act 2000 , is it the Treasurer or Under Treasurer who is responsible for deciding what risks will be included in the statement of risks for the: (i) State Budget; (ii) Government Mid-year Financial Projections Statement; and (iii) Pre-Election Financial Statements?
