As a supplementary question, has the Premier read the report by the Small Business Development Corporation on his review or does he not give a damn about small business? Dr G.I. GALLOP

Some 1 300 representations have been made to the Government - a huge number. All of them have been summarised and included in the report that we have put out to the public. I confess that I have not read the Small Business Development Corporation review to the Government. Mr C.J. Barnett: What a fantastic effort! The Premier is pushed around by Canberra and does not even read his lead agency report. How pathetic! The SPEAKER: I call the Leader of the Opposition to order for the second time.
