(3) The above members are temporary appointments/secondments, and their selection was based on expertise and availability for the purposes of developing the legislation for urgent proclamation. Permanent positions are to be advertised shortly for staffing of the Unit. The normal public service selection process will apply for those permanent appointments. (4) Yes
