(1) What was the percentage of the industry that has completed their CPD requirements at each quarter for 2011?
(2) In relation to the registered training organisations (RTO) that delivered the CPD training for 2011, will the Minister please provide the name of the RTO and the percentage of the industry trained by that RTO?

(1) The percentage of the industry that completed the CPD requirements at each quarter for 2011 were as follows:
1 January to 31 March 2011 4%
1 April to 30 June 2011 20%
1 July to 30 September 2011 32%
1 October to 31 December 2011 63%
1 January to 31 March 2012 1%
1 April to 30 June 2012 12%
Note: Due to delays in development of Training Kits, limited training was offered during the first quarter of 2012.
(2) The information system used to monitor compliance with CPD requirements is not designed to produce reports on individual trainers. However, it is estimated that during 2011 the following trainers delivered CPD activities in the proportions listed:
West Coast Property Training 48%
Real Estate Institute of WA 48%
Kaplan Professional Training 4%
