Hon Matthew Swinbourn replied:I thank the member
for some notice of the question.(1)–(2) The final report is currently
being completed by the Little Penguin Advisory Group and is expected to be
provided to the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions in the
first quarter of this year. The timing of its public release will be determined
once the report is provided to government.
