(2) As at 30 June 2007 - Department for Environment & Conservation, Department of Fisheries, Department of Housing and Works, Kimberley Indigenous Women's Aboriginal Corporation, Kimberley Population Health Unit, Office of Aboriginal Health, Karen Ugle.
(3) Outstanding debtors are regularly reviewed to ensure that recovery action is being instigated. In instances where financial hardship may be inflicted on certain debtors, arrangements are made available with them for repayment by instalments. In other instances, where it is considered appropriate and necessary, legal action is put in place to recover debts.
