I refer to the answer to question without notice No. 144 asked on 28 March 2012 regarding Minara Resources Murrin Murrin operation environmental bond, and I ask -
Since October 2008 to present -
(1) Has any other resource project sought an alternative security arrangement to that of the traditional bank guarantee on the environmental bond?
(2) If yes to (1), how many, which project and when?
(3) If yes to (1), how many 'alternative arrangements' were granted, on what basis and to whom?
(4) If yes to (1), how many 'alternative arrangements' were rejected, on what basis and which company?
