300. Hon AMBER-JADE SANDERSON to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for Energy:
(1) How many
voluntary redundancies or mutually agreed separations have been negotiated with
Western Power personnel since 1 July 2011?
(2) For each
negotiated redundancy or separation —
(a) what was
the amount paid to each person;
(b) what was the
person's job title prior to leaving Western Power;
(c) on what date
did the person leave Western Power; and
(d) has any
personnel who has received a redundancy or separation payment from Western
Power been engaged to work at Future Grid?
(3) If yes to
(2)(d), how many personnel?
(4) If yes to
(2)(d), what is the person's position at Future Grid?

separations.
(2) (a) A deed of
settlement and release includes an o bligation
of confidentiality clauses that prohibit Western Power from disclosing details.
(b)–(c) This is in tabular form, so I will seek leave to have
it incorporated in Hansard .
(d) Not
applicable. Future Grid is not an employing entity; it is an alliance between
Western Power and Transfield.
(3)–(4) Not applicable.
