Given the ongoing
challenges in the provision of mental health services in regional Western
Australia, I ask the following.
(1) How many full-time equivalent clinical
positions in the therapeutic area of mental health are currently vacant within
the WA Country Health Service?
(2) Of (1), what is the breakdown of the vacancy
numbers in terms of the WACHS regions of:
(a) Goldfields;
(b) Mid-West;
(c) Great Southern;
(d) Pilbara;
(e) South West; and
(f) Wheatbelt?
