AnswerView source ↗

(1) Perron Investments Pty Ltd for $150 million. (2) As at 30 June 1993, the development cost for Central Park, including land purchase, construction costs and joint venture car park developments, was $359 408 887 with a future capital development commitment of $627 000. (3) See answer (2). (4) I am advised by the chief executive officer of the Government Employees Superannuation Board that disclosure of leasing cost information may prejudice future leasing negotiations with current and prospective tenants and may also prejudice the current sale process for the remainder of Central Park. When that information can be provided in such a way that the matters raised by the CEO of the GESB can be satisfied, I will inform the honourable member.
