I refer to the Oral Health Centre of WA (OHCWA) and ask: (a) how many public patients are currently on the waiting list for treatment at the OHCWA; (b) how many public patients were on the waiting list for treatment at the OHCWA during each of the following years: (i) 2009; (ii) 2010; (iii) 2011; (iv) 2012; (v) 2013; and (vi) 2014; (c) what is the current average waiting time for all public patients at the OHCWA; (d) what was the average waiting time for public patients to be treated at the OHCWA in each of the following years: (i) 2009; (ii) 2010; (iii) 2011; (iv) 2012; (v) 2013; and (vi) 2014; (e) what is the longest time any individual public patient has had to wait for services at the OHCWA; (f) what is the current waiting time for orthodontic treatment at the OHCWA; (g) Is the OHCWA still accepting new referrals for new public patients requiring orthodontic work; (h) has the Government received a submission from OHCWA for a special needs facility (disabled chair) for people who cannot receive dental treatment in a normal chair since September 2008; (i) what was the estimated cost of a special needs chair; and (j) what was the Government's response to this submission?
