Native Title and Cultural Heritage Processes Review
325. Mr Shane Love to the Minister for
Aboriginal Affairs:
I have a
supplementary question. Given the minister's response and the
lack of any detail about the implementation of the government's response, when
will he release a detailed analysis of the report, the government's response to
it and the implementation timeline?

I
thank the member for his supplementary question. Of course, I also thank the
member for Central Wheatbelt for his continuous interjecting because it shows
what his contribution to this Parliament is—he is a loudmouth who makes comments
and never really looks at the issue. He is a carper from the side, a Billy
Bunter of Parliament. Either way, this government is very committed to
addressing these issues. We will work in partnership with the Association of
Mining and Exploration Companies and the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of
Western Australia, which will work closely with the Minister for Mines and
Petroleum. We will work through these issues systematically and expediently to
get the outcomes that we need.
