LAND SERVICES WA
477. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the
Treasurer:
I have my two questions and
questions from four other members today.
I refer to question without notice
1317, asked on 31 October 2019, and question without notice 86, asked on 18 February
2020. Given that the Treasurer gave a commitment to table the relevant sections
of the contract with Land Services WA regarding privacy, will the Treasurer now
table the relevant sections of the contract; and, if not, why not?

I thank the Leader of the
Opposition for some notice of the question. The following answer has been
provided to me by the Treasurer.
The government is currently in the
process of finalising the Land Services WA transaction documents for tabling.
This process involves seeking an opinion from the Auditor General as it is
commercially sensitive content within these documents. Although this process
took longer than originally expected, I can advise that the Auditor General has
now provided her opinion and it is anticipated that the documents will be
tabled in the very near future.
