In respect of the Red Tape Reduction Group, please provide the following information:
(a) the cost and destination of each commercial flight for each member of the Red Tape Reduction Group and any supporting staff;
(b) details of the cost, destination, type of plane, and all passengers for all charter flights used in the conduct of the Red Tape Reduction Group;
(c) details of all accommodation for each member of the Red Tape Reduction Group and any supporting staff, including the dates, cost, location and accommodation type;
(d) details of the cost and destination of all travel by road vehicle, including hire cars, for all members of the Red Tape Reduction Group and any supporting staff;
(e) the total cost of all salaries and/or allowances for any member of the Red Tape Reduction Group and any supporting staff for the full period of the Red Tape Reduction Group that was drawn from the resources of the Department of Treasury and Finance;
(f) details of the cost of production and printing of any brochure, pamphlet, booklet or other material related to the Red Tape Reduction Group (other than the final report), and any related distribution costs (if any);
(g) details of the cost of production and printing of the final report of the Red Tape Reduction Group, the number of copies of the final report produced, the number of copies still held by the Department of Treasury and Finance, and the cost of distribution of copies of the final report (if any); and
(h) any other costs incurred by the Red Tape Reduction Group (if any), and details of the nature of those costs.
