(a) The review of the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995 (the CPCG Act) was undertaken between 2014 and 2016, during the term of the Liberal National Government and was not progressed. The then Minister made the decision not to release the recommendations of the CPCG Act review.
(b) The McGowan Government has a number of legislative priorities, including the significant review of the Local Government Act 1995 which is currently underway. The Government will consider the most appropriate action with regard to the CPCG Act in context to these priorities.
(c-g) Eight of the nine years since the committee last met were during the Liberal National Government. I cannot answer for the former Ministers. Since forming government in 2017, the CPCG advisory committee has not been required to meet.
