1) The first iteration of the Services Definition Resource Model (SDRM) process has been completed and outcomes are still being implemented. However, the SDRM is now utilised as a tool and process for ongoing and continuous business review. 2) WA Police is embedding the SDRM process and methodologies into everyday business practices. 3) Not applicable
