(a) 2005 – 2006;
(b) 2007 – 2008; and
(c) 2008 – 2009?
(2) Can the Minister provide corresponding figures for each specific department, agency or office, including the name of each specific department, agency or office?

(1a - b) The Government will not be providing a response for previous administrations.
(1c-2) Electricity consumption for 2008/09 is currently being collated as part of the annual Energy Smart Government report. The information will be made available once the Sustainable Energy Development Office has completed the report.
Water consumption for each agency and their individual offices is not available as in a majority of cases, water charges are included as part of a general charge for outgoings and usage is not communicated to individual tenants of multi tenanted buildings.
