I refer to the Rocky Bay land redevelopment, and ask:
(a) Was the WA Planning Commission given any guidance by government as to future development and zoning of the Rocky Bay site, and if so, what was the government's position;
(b) As Crown Grant lands are for specific purposes, with proceeds from sale of such land required to be given to the government, did the Government approve Rocky Bay's retention of proceeds from land sales;
(c) Was the local community consulted before the changes were made to use of the land; and
(d) Was the community assured there would be no commercial businesses located in the redevelopment area?
