PERTH CHILDREN'S
HOSPITAL
71. Mr W.R. MARMION to the Minister for Health:
I have a supplementary question. Can
the minister confirm—I think he just has—that he knew about the
dead leg prior to becoming the Minister for Health?

AnswerView source ↗

I asked the member for Nedlands
questions about it, when I was on that side. I am not sure what the member's
issue is, but I can confirm for him that his government was the most
incompetent government in the history of this state. It could not deliver Fiona
Stanley Hospital on time and it never delivered the Perth Children's
Hospital on time. We now have to clean up another one of these legacy issues,
which is the previous government's incompetence and mess, and we are
the ones who are going to make sure that we get it right for the sick kids of Western
Australia.
The SPEAKER : That is the end
of question time, crooked legs and all.
