In reference to School Bus Services provided by the Public Transport Authority I ask: (a) how many places are currently provided to students to and from school in the following shires: (i) Collie; (ii) Capel; (iii) Dardanup; and (iv) Darkan; (b) how many places on average are currently empty in the following shires: (i) Collie; (ii) Capel; (iii) Dardanup; and (iv) Darkan; (c) how many students are currently registered with a ‘complimentary’ seat on School Bus Service in the following shires: (i) Collie; (ii) Capel; (iii) Dardanup; and (iv) Darkan; (d) what actions have the Public Transport Authority taken to increase the number of places on school bus services as a result of the Year 7 student transition to high school; (e) how many Year 7 students submitted applications for a permanent School Bus Service seat for the 2015 school year for the following shires: (i) Collie; (ii) Capel; (iii) Dardanup; and (iv) Darkan; (f) how many of the same Year 7 students were successful in attaining a permanent School Bus Service seat in the following shires: (i) Collie; (ii) Capel; (iii) Dardanup; and (iv) Darkan; (g) how many total School Bus Service seats were available to be filled by students residing in Collie, Darkan, Dardanup, and Capel shires at the following times: (i) start of Term 1 2014; and (ii) start of Term 1 2015; and (h) how many students residing in the following shires are currently registered on the ‘wait list’ for School Bus Service services: (i) Collie; (ii) Capel; (iii) Dardanup; and (iv) Darkan?

(ii) The seating capacity for the Shire of Collie was 570 with 209 available seats.
The seating capacity for the Shire of Capel was 1701 with 641 available seats.
The seating capacity for the Shire of Dardanup was 1318 with 386 available seats.
The seating capacity for the Shire of West Arthur was 278 with 132 available seats.
(h)(i) No eligible students are waitlisted in the Shire of Collie (3 Complimentary students).
(ii) Eight eligible students are waitlisted in the Shire of Capel (43 Complimentary students).
(iii) Three eligible students are waitlisted in the Shire of Dardanup (40 Complimentary students).
(iv) No students are waitlisted in the Shire of West Arthur.
