Of interest is the regional school bus services reliability KPI (drop off no less than 10 minutes before school starts and pick up within 10 minutes of school ending) which has been measured at 97% for the 2005-06 financial year. 2a) Yes. The SmartRider user will be offered between 15 and 25 percent on their public transport journeys compared to the cash fare, depending on how they add value to their SmartRider card. This is consistent with the current discounts offered with the MultiRider system. Users can expect up to a 25% discount on their public transport fares when using "AutoLoad", which is a direct debit arrangement with their financial institution. Users can also expect up to a 15 % discount when using all other reload methods, such as on bus reload, at Add Value Machines located at major stations, at Transperth Information offices, at authorised retail agents, or with BPay. 2b) No.
