I refer to the expression of interest process associated with the Athol Street, Cooke Point Project, and I ask: (a) on what date was a decision made in relation to the successful proponent; (b) who made the decision in relation to the successful proponent; (c) on what date was the successful proponent publically announced; (d) what is the reason for the length of time between the close of submissions and the announcement of the successful proponent; and (e) did any negotiations or discussions take place between LandCorp and Mr Richard Muirhead in relation to Athol Street as part of the expression of interest process?
