AUROX BALLA BALLA IRON ORE PROJECT
The minister seems to be getting a lot of questions tonight! I refer to the development of the Balla Balla magnetite project by Aurox Resources Ltd, formerly Ferro Metals Australia Pty Ltd. (1) Will the minister table the FMA-commissioned Australian Interaction Consultants survey of the Balla Balla project area? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) Did the survey identify or were any sites lodged by AIC in respect of the Balla Balla project area? (4) If yes to (3), how many and do they appear on the Aboriginal heritage inquiry system for the area? (5) Have any section 18s been lodged with the Department of Indigenous Affairs in respect of the areas of the Balla Balla magnetite project; and, if so, how many, for which sites and on what dates? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN
