Given the ongoing concern of those involved in aquaculture enterprises - I refer to marron and yabby concerns especially - (1) Can the minister inform the House when the Government will amend the Criminal Code to provide heavy penalties for the stealing of marron and yabbies from farm dams and commercial yabby enterprises?
