I refer to the organisational structure of the Public Transport Authority (PTA) and the Minister's answer to question without notice 1191, asked on 15 October 2024, and I ask: (a) noting that the Managing Director of the PTA retired over eight months ago on 20 September 2024, is the current Managing Director still serving in an acting capacity, as advised on the PTA website; (b) if yes to (a), what is the status of the hiring process for the permanent role; (c) noting the Minister's answer, which indicated over seven months ago that the PTA's General Manager of Network and Infrastructure is acting in the role, is this role still being served in an acting capacity, as advised on the PTA website; (d) if no to (c), what is the status of the hiring process for the permanent role; and (e) have there been any other significant changes to the executive of the PTA, since 15 October 2024?
