I refer to the Crown land released site at 45 Kerwin Way, Lockridge that was rezoned to Special Use Zone 29 under the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme 17 in May 2025, which specifically supported the development of a residential aged care facility and/or independent living complex and ask:(a) Has this site been sold as of April 2026;(b) If yes to (a) what was the final sale price for the site;(c) Following the close of the Registrations of Interest on 1 July 2025, what is the estimated timeframe for selecting a proponent and beginning physical construction; and(d) How many additional surplus Crown land sites have been identified for release under the current government’s election commitment to support aged care?

(a)   The site at 45 Kerwin Way, Lockridge is currently under contract.
(b)   The contract of sale is subject to settlement and associated conditions.
(c)   A preferred proponent has been identified and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage entered into a contract of sale.
When land is divested, any development is a matter for the new owner.
(d)   Crown Land is regularly identified for private housing outcomes, including aged care, and there is a rolling program for divestment.
