representing the Treasurer:
I refer to the implementation of a
loan guarantee fee on new borrowings for Keystart .
(1) Who will be
responsible for managing the risk of the new Keystart loans funded by these borrowings?
(2) Has the
Western Australian Treasury Corporation assumed any increased risk as a result
of the implementation of this fee?
(3) If yes to
(2), what is the value of this increased risk?
