However, WorkSafe has received notification that 233 Safety and Health representatives were elected between 9 April and 8 May 2007. (3) As previously stated on 1 May 2007 in my response to Parliamentary Question on notice 1927 question (3), this information is not available because provisional improvement notices are not required to be reported under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 unless a review of the notice is requested. (4) None. (5) Industrial disputation data for April 2007 has not yet been published. The Australian Bureau of Statistics publishes data on industrial disputation on a quarterly basis. The most recent release was on 15 March 2007 for the December Quarter 2006 (which includes grouped data for October, November and December 2006).
