I refer to the Karrakatta underpass that was recently opened. (1) Will the minister undertake to ensure that a report is prepared on the problems encountered and the lessons to be learnt from the procurement, construction and management of this project? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister ensure that a copy of this report is made public? (3) If no to (2), why not? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN
