I refer to the Local Government Council Rates charged for the year 2015–2016, and I ask: (a) will the Minister please provide the average percentage increase in rates for each individual metropolitan council; (b) will the Minister please provide the average percentage increase in rates for each individual regional council; (c) will the Minister please provide the cent rate in the dollar of Gross Rental Value charged for each individual metropolitan council; and (d) will the Minister please provide the cent rate in the dollar of Gross Rental Value charged for each individual regional council?
