the parliamentary secretary representing the Attorney
General:
I refer to the
Office of the Information Commissioner.
(1) Is the Attorney General aware of the number of
freedom of information external review applications that are presently
backlogged in the OIC?
(2) If yes to (1):
(a) what is the current number of applications yet
to be finalised;
(b) what is the age of the oldest application; and
(c) what is the median age of the applications?
(3) If no to (1), will the Attorney General
undertake to ascertain this information and provide it to Parliament during the
December sittings?
